Post 6 - Post graduates studies

Hello readers!

Today I will talk about the post graduates that I would like study, I talk about a area the Geography, that is relationated with the "Geographic information systems". In the career the Geography, I have 4 subjects about this (Introduction to GIS, Remote perception, Application in GIS I and Application in GIS II) and gives me a good base in this area.

I would like to study the post graduates (master) in the Pontifical Catholic University (I speak this in blog 5) about "Geography and Geomatic". Is the only University that impart the post graduate (The University of Chile no impart the course); has subjetc as "Enviromental Statistics", "GIS Avanced", "Satelital Images" and others subjects. Is os face character in classroom.

I would like also to study about "Biogeography", in the master the "Wild areas and Nature Conservation" that impart the University of Chile in campus "Antumapu", is os face character in classroom. Impart subjects as "Biology and Ecology of the Conservation", "Conservation the Vegetation and Flora", "Administration and Management the Wild areas" among others. In Geography I have a subject about Biogeography, which I really liked, this is why that I am interested this subject.  

I have a idea the conservation the Flora and Fauna with the use the Geographyc Information Sistems, that can help a the territorial planning.

Post 5 - Future Job(s)

Hello readers,

today i will talk about a future job. The job that I would like have, is the Geographer; I imagine will work in two places: in a public Institution (Municipality, ONGs, Conaf, INE, among others and I doing classes in the Universities that teach Geography, in subject the "Geographic Information Systems" (GIS) or the area of "Geomatic". 

In a public institution, i would like to go "out a field trip" (outdoors) twice a week and i doing classes (indoors) in a room of computer.

As I said before, I would like to travel to different cities and rural locations in Chile, because the career that I study, generated in me a like for the travels.

The salary in Geography is aproximately 1 million for month; sometimes the salary of month achieved in two weeks or three weeks, as also, in three or two months, is variable, but i would like to have the salary between $800.000-$1.500.000 aproximately between two jobs.

I am studing Geography in the FAU (UChile) since 2016; when I will finish the career, i would like have the "Master in Geography and Geomatic" in the Pontifical Catholic University, with headquarters in the commune San Joaquín.

Post 3 - My first Pet

Hello readers!!

Today, I will talk about my first pet. The pet was bird (canary), it was the color yellow, it was sing all the days (always and whenever somebody was in the house), his name was "Hugo", because a great uncle give a my grandfather that he lived with us. His get was in the year 1994 approximately and dead in 2009 (yes, was 15 years) months before the earthquake "27F" in 2010.

I was important for me, because was the first pet that remember with affection (I had a cat that was lost months before the arrived on Talca in 2004. I remember their song and when I took with my hands for touch; also was content the days when I heard his song before the class.  

The day that knew that there was dead (I was not in my house), was very sad for me, I was a days sad. But, days before, my grandmother arrived with a cat, that live since today.
